1. Zero-Retention Policy

Clinical Note Security: Text entered into the Risk Scanner is processed in real-time to identify regulatory gaps (Regulation 17). We do not store clinical notes on our servers once the analysis session is closed.

2. Data Collection

User Data: We collect email and organization name for account management and quota tracking.
Technical Data: We use local storage to track your scan limits (3 per session).

3. International Transfers

All data processing occurs within GDPR-compliant infrastructure. No patient data is ever sold or shared with third parties.
